What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, phone number, project type and message you enter. That is all the form asks for. We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment details or any sensitive personal information.
If you call or text the number on this site, your phone carrier handles that conversation. We do not record calls.
What we do with it
Form submissions are emailed directly to the owners of the business so your request can be answered. By submitting the form you agree that Nealscapes LLC may call or text you about that request. We use Resend to deliver that email, and Vercel to host the site.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled, they run in a cookieless mode that counts page views and whether the call button was tapped. We do not record your screen or your keystrokes.
How long we keep it
Form submissions live in those email inboxes and are kept as long as they are useful for serving you. We do not keep a separate database of them, though our email provider retains delivery records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across other websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off.
